Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Bright Group LLC ("Bright Group", "we", "us") collects through brightgroup.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form or the assessment on our homepage, we collect what you choose to send:

• your name and work email address;
• your company name, if you give it;
• a budget range, on the contact form; and
• the description of your situation or question.

Please do not include confidential, personal or sensitive information about others in these messages.

Information collected automatically

Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages, keep the site secure and block abuse. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person; Turnstile evaluates signals from your browser and your IP address for that purpose.

When you send a form, it also tells us the page you sent it from and, for the same visit, the page you first arrived on, the website that linked you to us and any campaign tags in that link. We use this to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. It is kept in your browser only for that visit and sent only with a form you submit.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. We do not set cookies ourselves; Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and bot protection.

How we use information

• to reply to your enquiry and discuss whether and how we can help;
• to prepare an assessment or proposal you ask for;
• to protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse; and
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site and deliver messages on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and Turnstile) and Postmark (email delivery of form submissions).
• Affiliated companies in the Bright Group family, such as Bright Vessel, that help respond to enquiries and deliver work.
• Authorities or others where the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor if our business is reorganized, merged or sold.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then only for as long as we have a legitimate business need for it or the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International processing

We and our service providers are based in, or process information in, the United States and other countries where those providers operate.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to product sites and other websites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply to information you give them.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
