Capabilities

Describe the problem. We bring the capabilities around it.

Most important business problems do not fit neatly inside one service category. Bright works across strategy, systems, software, AI, commerce and operations, so you never have to self-diagnose into a service menu.

Example

One problem. Several capabilities.

A visitor describes what is going wrong. Bright frames it, and the capabilities it would draw on light up as the picture forms.

  1. Visitor

We have Salesforce, NetSuite, and Shopify. Our sales team keeps entering the same customer information manually and operations cannot see fulfillment status.

  2. Bright

That sounds less like a “Salesforce problem” than a coordination problem across customer, sales, and fulfillment systems. Where is the authoritative customer record today, and which manual handoff consumes the most time or causes the most errors?

  3. Visitor

Salesforce is supposed to be the customer record, but operations lives in NetSuite.

  4. Bright

Based on that, one area worth validating is whether Salesforce should remain the commercial system of record while fulfillment status and relevant customer data are synchronized from NetSuite rather than re-entered. I would not recommend replacing either system from this information alone.

  • Strategy & Architecture

Decide which system is the record of truth.

  • Systems & Integration

Synchronize fulfillment status from NetSuite into Salesforce.

  • AI, Data & Automation

Remove the manual re-entry between sales and operations.

  • Commerce & Digital Experience

Carry order status through to the customer.

  • Software & Platforms

Not needed here. Nothing purpose-built yet.

  • Infrastructure & Operations

Monitoring once the sync is in production.

  • Preliminary, based only on what was described, and worth validating.
